• Salary: INR 20,000-30,000 monthly CTC (based on candidature)
• Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai
• Position: Assitant Accountant
• Joining: IMMEDIATE
• Prior Work Experience: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
• Invoicing/Billing, Data Entry (Zoho Books, Excel Sheets in various data formats, Other platforms)
• Bank Reconciliation, Send invoices to Clients, follow up on receivables
• Keep track of invoicing, billing, expense management, etc.
• Coordinate with Internal Team Members for various data and billing-related matters, as well as with all related stakeholders
• Play a key role in ensuring timely billing, accounts receivable, payables, etc.
• Receive Vendor invoices, coordinate payables
• Petty Cash & Employee expense management
• Payment processing may also be requested in scope of work.
Skills/Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• English Communication Skills (verbal, written), business level must.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, billing, expense management, and data entry
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Tally
• Zoho Books (If no prior experience, the candidate should be ready to learn in a span of a week)
• Ability to harness financial data
• Multi-tasking
• Pro-active, self-initiative, explorative
• Knowledge of General Business Practices
