Job Description
We, Gusti Leder GmbH, are a young company that has specialized in the sale of fairly produced leather bags and accessories. We are looking for an HR assistant in part time. YOU DONT NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE, YOU HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR JOB !
We need a person to conduct job interviews online, so its important that you will have QUIET, NICE and COMFORTABLE place to do your job, because you will be a showpiece of our company :)
Tasks
• supporting the onboarding process
• looking for new remote workers
• updating job ads
• screening applications
• having interviews with candidates (in English)
Requirements
• high willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet
• high degree of independence
