Attractive Salary ranging from $1,831.45 up to $2,106.10 (PLUS superannuation) depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role
The Asset Operations Coordinator will be required to:
Support the development, review and update of Council Asset Management Policies, Strategies and Plans to effectively meet the strategic operational needs of Council. This will include input into the development of Long-Term Financial Plans, Delivery Plans and Operations Plans.
Assist with the review of levels of service provided through the assets and advise the Asset Manager Road Infrastructure in relation to possible changes in levels of service.
Oversee the regular inspections of the Shire’s Road and drainage network - sealed, unsealed and regional roads, state highways and town and village streets and all associated drainage.
Carry out regular quality and safety inspections of works performed.
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2026.

Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines
Relevant work experience in Roads Asset Management
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
