Job Description
As an Equity Trading Analytics professional in Trading Analytics and Strategy team, you will be focused on quantitative analysis of trading performance and strategy development of trading platform. As a part of this team, you will be involved in performing detailed Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) , designing systematic trading strategy and supporting the ongoing trading process.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and assist in the implementation of systematic trading systems/strategies with traders and technology teams
Repotting of trading performance for the Asian region
Enhance the tools and processes used to monitor the performance of brokers, traders and strategies
Manage the health and development of the analytics platform for the Asian region (e.g. OMS/EMS data feeds and market data services)
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
CFA with professional experience in a programming language for data analytics along with SQL and Tableau experience
Experience in an equity trading, strategist or analytics role
Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner to traders, and senior investors
Good understanding of Asian equity market microstructure and technology development methods. Maintaining working relationships with t echnology teams in delivering large scale projects
Knowledge and experience in machine learning (especially clustering and bandit algorithms)
Knowledge and experience in various OMS / EMS data models
Past experience working in a global team
