Band 5 - Salary Range $78,646 to $+0,563 per annum + 11.5% Super + ADO

Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.

The Opportunity

The Asset Management and GIS Team have an exciting opportunity to support the management of the lifecycle of Council assets in a high growth environment. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated team player, a keen learner and someone with an eye for detail.

The opportunity will provide experience in a range of asset management responsibilities, ensure asset data is accurate and subject to condition auditing, renewal planning, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the administration of Council’s asset register.
Liaise with stakeholder the gather asset data requirements.
Undertake field inspections to assess or validate the condition of Council assets.
Support the management of condition audit contractors.

About you


To be successful in this role you will have the following:

Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position (e.g. Asset Management, Engineering, Business Analytics) with little Asset Management experience.
Knowledge of Asset Management principles.
Well-developed communication and time management skills.
Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
