The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations and leading a dedicated team covering: hand assembly, warehouse, pick, pack and despatch, your task will be to introduce structural and cultural change, to drive continuous improvement and lead a 25 strong team in the pursuit of operational excellence.

You

"Hands on" Assembly and Logistics professional, with experience of Hand Assembly, Warehouse, Pick, Pack Despatch operations.

Demonstrable track record of introducing positive change, creating lean and customer focused operations.
