The Role
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to undertake and maintain general office administrative processes, procedures, and systems, ensuring that business and discipline support tasks are delivered in a timely and consistent manner. The successful applicant will directly support Disciplines within their local office, working closely with their designated discipline team on a day-to-day basis.
Student Support Services are on a cultural response journey, valuing and prioritising Aboriginal ways of knowing, doing, and being. As such, we encourage applications from people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake and maintain general office administrative processes, procedures, and systems
Support Disciplines within their local office
Work closely with their designated discipline team on a day-to-day basis
Requirements
Nil formal qualifications required
Mandatory Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to employment, renewed every five years before expiry
RRHAN – EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or online (Fundamentals) course, updated every three years
Remuneration
ASO2 $58,70+ - $63,154 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
