Key Responsibilities:
Develop potential markets for Kasafeed Mills India Pvt. Ltd. identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
Build and strengthen the distribution network in strategic areas to maximize market reach.
Monitor and manage purchase and sales channels, ensuring smooth coordination with channel partners.
Drive brand awareness through targeted customer engagement and promotional efforts.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and adapt strategies accordingly.
Enhance both brand value and market value of Kasafeed Mills India Pvt. Ltd through strategic initiatives.
Appoint and nurture a strong network of distributors to ensure effective market penetration.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and goals within assigned territories.
Establish, maintain, and expand a loyal and growing customer base.
Provide dedicated support and services to meet the needs of existing customers.
Explore and implement diverse routes to market to create new business avenues.
Design and execute innovative sales strategies to drive higher volumes and profitability.
Personally manage key major customer accounts, where required.
Gather and evaluate customer feedback and conduct market research for strategic insights.
Meet regional sales and financial objectives by forecasting demand, preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating timely corrective actions.
Recommend and implement brand promotion activities to boost visibility and customer engagement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
