Asia Pacific Client Team Analyst Senior Analyst
Job Description
• 4-7 years experience in consulting or professional services firms (consulting or analytics)
• Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international environment with people at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated experience with business data analysis to draw out impactful conclusions
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization (especially senior stakeholders)
• Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
• Strong project management experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
YOU'LL WORK WITH
• Internal stakeholders like regional chair, country leaders, finance, legal, risk & compliance teams to thought partner with, support with analysis, insights and specific projects
• Your direct team – AP Client Team Senior Director and AP Client Team Senior Manager, who you will work with on a day to day basis to deliver initiatives and manage business-as-usual activities (opportunity to co-locate with AP Client Team Senior Manager in New Delhi)
• Senior leaders in our firm (Managing Partners & Directors) who lead our different AP Client Team functions
• The AP senior management team, who we support with analysis, insights and specific projects
• Global function leaders and their teams to help devise and implement global practices in the region
• Our counterparts in other regions; who we share best practices with, leverage each others’ insights and initiative plans / ideas, and look to each other for advice and peer learning
• Our Asia-Pacific country teams and their leaders and finance teams
• Our Finance and Legal teams in the region, and our Risk & Compliance teams

The Client Team helps our teams shape and create value for our clients, thereby improving the quality and strength of our client relationships and our business.
The Client Team focuses on three areas:
• Client Service Excellence (CS) & Chief Client Officer (CCO) support
• Support our senior leaders who manage client relationships – with training, best practices and resources
• Foster a client-centric culture and boost our senior leaders’ passion for client development and service
• Drive Relationship Excellence, including enhanced commercial discipline, account management best practices and quality teaming
• Pricing and Revenue management
• Support BCG's business model evolution including value-based pricing (VBP) commercial constructs
• Support our Commercial Directors to coach our teams and build best practices in complex commercial arrangements
• Drive price realization through strategic and tactical activities, including system-level planning and direct negotiations, coaching and training for client teams
• Investment services (IS)
• Enable and support BCG teams to win with key target clients, with differentiated pricing for important opportunities
• Strategic commercial analysis for the region
• Review client portfolio and trends to develop actionable insights and opportunity areas
