Arvind Head Contracts

The Head Contract shall provide the leadership, management and professional expertise in procurement of services for construction of different asset class Real Estate development projects (Plotted development projects, Large scale township projects, High -rise residential projects, commercial projects etc.) in different cities of India. This is including vendor management, contract management in support of Arvind Smart spaces strategic goals and objectives.Identify strategic contracting strategy, negotiate, develops and implement strategy, manage and execute contracts, develop and maintain vendor management system, develops an effective and professional contract team, create strong performance metrics to monitor cost-effectiveness of contracting activities.Job Profile:The Candidate is expected to do the following on an ongoing basis:- Leading the team at Central level comprising of planners and coordinators for all projects across regions for both pre-construction and under construction projects- To finalize master level schedule for each project and have it signed off- To review and monitor progress across projects against finalized schedules, customer commitments & B Plan and apprise stakeholders over potential risks / threats and plans to achieve in a pro-active manner- To implement decisions and directions, as and when issued by management, across projects and all functions.- To review contract work orders and ensure compliance of scope, terms and conditions during and post completion of works through various internal controls-
