Job Summary
As an Article Assistant at our esteemed business consultancy firm, you will embark on a transformative learning journey, gaining hands-on experience in various domains, including auditing, taxation, accounting, and business consulting. You will contribute to critical client engagements, assist in preparing financial statements, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities
• Audit Assistance: Help in planning, executing, and documenting statutory and internal audits.
• Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with income tax and GST regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Help in the preparation of financial statements and maintain accurate accounting records for clients.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on ongoing assignments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring that clients adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including ROC filings and TDS.
Requirements
• Enrolled in the Chartered Accountancy course (ICAI) and cleared the CA Intermediate exams.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in using accounting software like Tally, Busy, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
