Job Title: Art Director (IMMIDIATE JOINNER ONLY)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the visual direction for integrated pharma marketing campaigns — print, digital, social, and film.
• Collaborate with copy, strategy, and medical content teams to deliver compelling and compliant creative concepts.
• Guide and mentor, the design team to maintain brand consistency and high creative standards.
• Translate complex medical information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and innovation.
• Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
Stay updated on design trends, healthcare marketing regulations, and digital innovation.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong portfolio showcasing pharma/healthcare campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Excellent visual sense, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to conceptualize for both HCP (Healthcare Professionals) and patient-facing campaigns.
• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
