About the Role
BBP India Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Art Director / Creative Director to lead our creative team and deliver innovative visual concepts across digital, print, branding, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent design expertise, and the ability to transform client briefs into impactful creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the creative team, including graphic designers, visualizers, illustrators, and video creatives.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for branding, advertising, social media, digital marketing, and print.
- Ensure high-quality creative output that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Service, Content, Digital Marketing, and Production teams to execute campaigns successfully.
- Present creative concepts and design strategies to clients when required.
- Review and approve designs before final delivery.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Guide junior designers through constructive feedback and creative direction.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for client campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva is an added advantage.
- Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
- Robust leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced advertising agency environment.
- Good understanding of digital marketing creatives, social media campaigns, print production, and outdoor advertising.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, branding agency, or creative studio.
- Previous experience leading a creative/design team is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign creatives, digital, and print work is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate
- Advertising agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience handling multiple brands and clients simultaneously.
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a creative team.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
