Job Title: Art Director / Sr. Visualizer

Experience: 5+ Years (Agency experience is mandatory)
Industry Preference: Digital Marketing & FMCG
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Art Director / Sr. Visualizer to lead creative concepts, campaign ideation, and visual storytelling for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of agency experience, preferably working with FMCG and consumer brands, with the ability to independently manage creative campaigns, direct shoots, and deliver impactful brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
Lead the visual direction and execution of digital campaigns, social media content, branding, and marketing assets.
Plan and manage end-to-end lifestyle and product shoots, including references, locations, styling, props, talent, crew coordination, shot lists, and production schedules.
Direct talent, photographers, videographers, and the creative team on set to achieve the desired visual outcome.
Collaborate closely with content, design, video, and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Present creative concepts to clients and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
Review final creative assets and oversee post-production to maintain quality standards.
Mentor junior creatives and stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital innovations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a Creative or Digital Marketing Agency.
Hands-on experience with FMCG and consumer brands is highly preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign ideation, digital creatives, and lifestyle/product shoots.
Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery.
Strong eye for lifestyle aesthetics, visual storytelling, and product-in-use content.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.); knowledge of Figma is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and leadership skills.
