Job Description
This is an Evergreen Recruitment Posting for future employment opportunities with Zirkops Security.
We are continuously recruiting qualified security professionals to build a strong candidate pool for current and anticipated contracts throughout the Chattanooga and surrounding Tennessee areas. Although an immediate opening may not be available, applicants who meet our hiring standards may be considered as positions become available.
Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or an interview. Candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted as staffing needs arise. Should an interview take place, this will at least provide our office with the necessary information for possible further consideration.
Mature, responsible, and reliable full-time and part-time positions (with potential to go full-time) available, or have the potential to open up. Being already licensed as an armed guard with 1 year of experience is preferred. However, our training facility can train you to help you obtain your qualifications. Firearm experience is a must.
Post locations vary and our officers are required to be flexible with being cross trained for different fixed posts and events. Being available for 2nd and 3rd shifts through the week or 12 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays are the general spots we would have to fill at any given time.
Posts require roves (including stairs), scanning QR codes, writing professional, clear, and detailed reports in a patrol app, working on a computer while checking employees in, assist client human resources manager with employee terminations, answering phones, monitoring cameras, and checking in contractors and visitors.
The officer is expected to always conduct themselves in a professional manner with a professional attitude with the ability to de-escalate situations that come up. We are looking for those who will do the right thing even when no one is looking (integrity).
Reliable transportation, no uber or car sharing, and an active driver’s license is required.
Starting pay of $16/hour paid bi-weekly.
Health Benefits for full-time employees after 60 days.
