My client are German manufacturer of quality power tools and welding equipment used in the engineering and construction sector. They sell via distributors, hire shops and end users.
They are now looking for a technically minded Sales Manager who is centrally based in the UK to support and further develop their customers.
The role
Maintaining relationships with existing dealers / distributors and end users
Aid end users and distributors in achieving solutions with our products
Work closely with Marketing to ensure the right products are promoted effectively
Identify new distributors to sell products
Sell a range of high quality engineering and metalwork hand power tools including welding equipmentRequirements
Likely to be a mechanical engineer
Previous field sales experience is essential, sales engineer, key account manager, dealer manager
Distributor management experience ideally
Knowledge of power tools, welding equipment is requiredPackage
Competitive salary around £50K + bonus
