It will launch in North India this month and will be available in the UK and parts of Asia in the next quarter.ESD is seeking a Area Sales Manager, On-Trade to focus on the over 65 on-trade Tier 1 outlets/hotels, primarily in North Goa that already carry DOJA and selectively add new outlets. The role is to actively engage with Bartenders & Restaurant Owners, deepen the relationship, promote DOJA, ensure it’s on the menu, work with the Brand Ambassador to add a DOJA signature cocktail, and work jointly with marketing to plan & execute activations. The ASM will report into the State Head, Goa.We are looking for an experienced sales professional with 8-10 years of experience in a similar role in Goa. Past work experience in a recognized firm in the spirits industry is preferable, though similar experience in the food & beverage sector serving the hospitality industry would also be considered. Excellent field discipline, ability to take on challenges, great sales & customer-oriented skills, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and confidence are some of the key personal attributes.
