Job Title : Area Sales Manager -Laser Machinery
Experience : 5-7 Year in industrail sales in laser machinery, automation
Job Location : Bengaluru
Role & Responsibilites :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Develop and manage dealer/channel partner networks.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Handle client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Develop recent markets and territories.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and regular sales reports.
Qualification & Skills :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years in B2B/Industrial Sales, preferably in Laser Machinery, Industrial Machinery, Automation, or Capital Equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Good technical understanding of industrial machinery.
- Willingness to travel across India.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthExperience:
