We are looking for professionals with strong experience in πππ / π¦π¨π«ππ ππ π π¬ππ₯ππ¬, especially those who have handled πππ/ππ‘ππ§π§ππ₯ π§πππ°π¨π«π€π¬ ππ§π ππππ¦ π¦ππ§ππ ππ¦ππ§π. The role offers a great platform to scale business in your region with strong earning potential and growth.
π Locations:
Central Zone- Ratangarh, Didwana, Khargone, Harda district, Shivpuri, Guna, Mandsaur
West Zone- Vadodara, Rajkot, Thane, Panvel, Sangli, Aurangabad, Yavatmal, Akola
North Zone- Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Bikaner, Alwar, Sri Ganganagar, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Jhalawar, Pali, Banswara, Chittorgarh
South Zone- Rajahmundry, Nellore, Khammam, Karimnagar, Chennai, Nagercoil, Hubli, Mysore
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
Drive LAP sales through direct channels, DSAs, and connectors
Build and manage a robust pipeline for secured lending products
Lead, coach, and track performance of the sales team
Develop strong relationships with clients, builders, and financial intermediaries
Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
πΉ Key Requirements:
4β8 years of experience in LAP / mortgage sales
Strong network of DSAs and channel partners
Solid understanding of property valuation & credit processes
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
πΉ Preferred Background:
Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies
Strong local market knowledge with an existing client base
