A leading distribution company from Goa is looking for ASM for North Goa territory
Desired Profile
He should have minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in sales of any FCMG/Food/OTC products
Team handling exposure of minimum 30.Team Size
Strong knowledge of ROI, & secondary distribution
Beat planning and route planning, managing and running secondary scheme.
Sales data analysis, Planning & Scheme execution
Tracking the sales performance of each team member & fallow up for target achievement
Age: <40
Education : MBA or Graduate
Salary: 5 LPA to 7 LPA
Selection Criteria: 1. Psychometric Test, 2. Two rounds of interview
