Manage sub-distributors.
Coach sales staff 3–4 days/week & run visibility campaigns.
Conduct market research & analyze industry trends
Required Candidate profile
Experience: 5 to 8 years in FMCG/OTC/Pharma sales, with 2–3 years as an ASM in the Chennai market.
Mandatory: Strong existing relationships with Chennai’s chemist networks and GT wholesalers.
