Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Recruit, train, coach, and manage Medical Representatives (MRs).
Conduct regular field work with MRs to improve productivity and sales performance.
Develop strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, distributors, and stockists.
Appoint new stockists and strengthen the distribution network.
Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Monitor team performance through daily reporting and CRM updates.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Conduct regular sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
Ensure timely submission of tour plans, expense reports, and sales reports.
Coordinate with senior management to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience as an Area Manager or Senior Sales Officer.
Strong knowledge of doctor coverage, prescription generation, stockist management, and territory development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹16,096.86 - ₹35,000.89 per month
