Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales executives, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team
Generate leads through various channels (digital, referrals, site visits, etc.)
Handle client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure timely closure of deals and proper documentation
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local property market in Ahmedabad
Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
