Experience: 3 to 5 Years (GYNEC DIVISION)
Location: Ahmedabad
Time: * AM – 7 PM
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
Set and meet sales goals for the assigned area
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate sales executives or representatives
Assign targets and track individual performance
Market Development
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients
Planning & Strategy
Develop sales strategies based on market trends and competition
Implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Use data to improve performance and decision-making
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle major client issues
Strengthen long-term business relationships
