• Position - Area Sales Manager
• Exp - 4 to 5 years
Location - Delhi NCR
Qualification - Preferably MBA
• Functional Area - Channel Sales, Modern Trade, Dealer Distribution network
• Candidate from the FMCG industry will be preferred.
• Accountable for overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the company
• Complete ownership for the region with a focus on increasing distribution and market share.
• Analyse business analytic reports, analyzing performance, opportunities, trends, threats, and taking well-planned corrective business actions based on data to drive efficiencies across the business.
• Track market changes and conduct market research analysis to map competition strategy.
• Play a strategic role in building brands to drive business and sustain profitability.
• Analysis of monthly sales performance (zone wise, territory wise product wise) identify priority areas for sales development.
• Candidate should exposure to Modern Trade sales.
• To set productivity benchmark for each territory based on market potential
• Manage the distributors/ Stockists to drive business
• Interface with internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination to execute the company agenda.
• Fully accountable for General Trade sales strategy and revenue growth of the region.
Required Candidate profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong working knowledge of FMCG products and bring with them industry contacts that will allow them to hit the ground running.

• Ability to travel across the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, presentation and organizational skills
