Job Title: Area Sales Executive (ASE) / Area Sales Officer (ASO) – Auto
Location: Chennai ,Tamilnadu
Job Type: Full Time | Field Sales Role
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Officer – Auto to drive merchant expansion, product adoption, and sales growth in the assigned territory. The role involves managing retailers, increasing product penetration, improving transaction performance, and achieving business targets.
Note : We are looking for Tyre Sales Professionals with robust experience in the Two-Wheeler Tyre – Consumer/Passenger Retail Business (B2C) segment
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive merchant acquisition and expand product distribution in assigned territory.
- Increase product usage and adoption among existing merchants.
- Achieve sales targets through repeat transactions and revenue growth.
- Execute local sales campaigns, promotions, and activation programs.
- Ensure smooth rollout of new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key merchants.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide field insights.
- Track daily sales activities and performance metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Active merchant base growth
- Monthly transaction/value growth
- Product penetration
- Territory sales achievement
- Merchant engagement & retention
Candidate Requirements:
- ASE: Minimum 5 years of experience
- ASO: Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum 75% experience in tyre field sales preferred
- Current designation: ASE / ASO
- Strong territory handling and relationship management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
