Job Description
This is to inform you that we have openings for Team Handling profile for RJ.
Responsibilities
Develop and carry out sales and marketing plans to reach business goals.
Build and maintain good relationships with distributors and business partners.
Study local markets to understand customer needs and interests.
Find new leads by visiting clients and working with local partners.
Support junior team members in achieving their sales targets.
Join regular review meetings and share feedback or ideas.
Create and submit weekly sales reports.
What We Need:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales
Self-motivated with a passion for meeting targets.
Good communication skills.
Local candidates preferred (Rajasthan).
CTC: Up to 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Bonuses
