Based in South Auckland
This is a high-impact leadership role, where you’ll lead a team of Mobile Lending Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while growing our home lending and small business portfolio.
Reporting to the National Manager Mobile Lending, you’ll be accountable for driving acquisition, building a strong market presence, and developing a high-performing, community-connected team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we show up for our customers — bringing our Mobile proposition to life by meeting customers where and when it suits them.
As the face of Westpac Mobile Lending in South Auckland, you’ll work across the broader ecosystem — partnering with Branch, Business Banking, and community networks to create a strong, sustainable pipeline of opportunity.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll spend time coaching, connecting, and actively supporting your team in market.

Your leadership will include:
Building a high-performance, customer-centric culture across a geographically distributed team
Driving acquisition growth across home lending and small business portfolios through local strategies and partnerships
Partnering across Branch, Business Banking, and community networks to build a strong and sustainable pipeline
Leading your team to deliver exceptional, advice-led customer outcomes across all channels
Championing the Mobile Lending proposition — meeting customers where and when it suits them
Supporting capability uplift, engagement, and succession planning across your team
Identifying new market opportunities and driving expansion aligned to national strategy
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into outcomes
Confidence in building relationships and influencing across stakeholders and networks
