We are looking for a highly energetic and experienced Area Head -Sales Coach to drive the performance and development of a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) within an assigned territory. The selected candidate will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and handholding newly hired RMs (freshers), enabling them to build a strong insurance agency network and achieve business targets.
