Area Business Manager- Oncology Pharma Sales- Western Line
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote medical products and services to both B2B and B2C customers, identifying new business opportunities and maximizing revenue growth.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and individual consumers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service and support.
3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, equipment, and related services, educating customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
4. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating product value propositions and addressing customer concerns and objections.
5. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions as needed to drive results.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
7. Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to provide seamless sales support and ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
9. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity summaries, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
10. Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 year of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and agile environment.
