Job Description
are looking for a Catalog Troubleshooter with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying and resolving catalog-related issues while ensuring smooth product listing management.
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve Amazon catalog errors and listing suppression issues.
• Fix ASIN merge/split, variation, contribution, and attribute-related issues.
• Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for catalog escalations.
• Monitor listing health and maintain catalog hygiene.
• Upload listings using Flat Files and Seller Central.
• Handle stranded, inactive, and blocked listings.
• Work with internal teams to ensure product data accuracy.
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with Amazon catalog troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Flat Files, ASINs, Parent-Child Variations, and Browse Nodes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is
