Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Architectural Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in architectural design, municipal coordination, and project execution within a professional consultancy environment. The intern will support ongoing projects and gain exposure to real-world architectural and redevelopment processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in conceptual and schematic design development
• Support preparation of working drawings and 3D visualizations
• Help draft municipal drawings and assist in submission processes (NMMC, PMC, MMRDA)
• Participate in site visits and project documentation
• Assist with IOD, CC, OC, and RERA-related documentation
• Support software-based coordination, presentation layouts, and report creation
• Attend internal team meetings and assist in preparing minutes or briefs
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Familiarity with basic architectural design principles and detailing
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
• Eagerness to learn municipal bye-laws, DCR 2034, UDCPR 2020 and approval procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Willingness to visit project sites and engage with different teams
Qualifications
• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
