Qualifications
Familiarity with a variety of construction systems is required
3 years of experience in an architectural office with focus on residential construction drawings
Strong analytical thinking, modeling and rendering skills
Organized workflow and dedicated to meeting deadlines
Experience working in a small team environment and willing to share ideas
Computer graphic skills to assist with presentations, marketing and proposals
In-depth knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, BlueBeam and Microsoft Office software

Architectural Draftsperson – Cornwell Architects is seeking to hire an individual with experience working in an architectural office, interested in pursuing their Architectural registration. This person will work under the direct supervision of an Architect to refine conceptual designs and construction documents using AutoDesk Revit software. Familiarity with a variety of construction systems is required. Our new draftsperson will be responsible primarily for producing construction documents and construction administration following established office standards. This is an on-site position – no remote only applicants.
