- Coordinating with vendors, consultants, and the business development team for project approvals
- Leading and managing architectural projects from conceptual stages to completion
- Ensuring adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements
- Presenting design proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications
- Collaborating with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and work quality
- Resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction
- Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies
