Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead the planning, design, coordination, and execution of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from concept design to handover.
• Prepare and review architectural, working, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, Façade, and PMC consultants.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, building bye-laws, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design/execution issues.
• Review shop drawings, materials, finishes, and construction quality.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Mentor junior architects and ensure quality documentation.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM is preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural planning, construction, detailing, and site execution.
• Good knowledge of statutory approvals, fire & life safety, and accessibility standards.
• Strong consultant coordination, project management, and leadership skills
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
