Architect Planner

We are looking for a qualified Architect to lead project planning and design for our commercial and residential real estate developments. The ideal candidate will translate concepts into detailed AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with execution teams.

### Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Planning: Prepare master plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects using AutoCAD.
2. Statutory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building by-laws, DCPR, RERA, NBC, and other statutory norms.
3. Coordination: Liaise with structural, MEP, and liasoning consultants to integrate services into architectural plans.
4. Site Support: Provide clarifications and revised drawings to site execution teams during construction.
5. Documentation: Prepare area statements, municipal submission drawings, and presentation drawings for approvals and marketing.
6. Value Engineering: Suggest design optimizations for cost, space utilization, and construction efficiency.

### Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Arch from a COA-recognized institute
- Experience: 4-7 years in real estate/architectural firms handling residential & commercial projects
- Software: Expert in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop preferred
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, FSI/TDR calculations, and municipal approval process in Maharashtra
- Other Skills: Good visualization, detailing, communication, and team coordination skills

### Additional Requirements
- Must have handled end-to-end projects from concept to completion
- Site visits as required across Kalyan, Badlapur, Titwala, and other project locations
