• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes.
• Oversee construction processes and guide contractors.
• Review and approve shop drawings and materials.

• Keep up with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed architect with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
