We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for the position of AR Caller. Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities are available for candidates looking to start their career in the US Healthcare process.
Location: CSEZ, Kakkanad
Shift Timings:
Full-Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Part-Time: 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Analyze claim status and take appropriate action for resolution.
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to obtain claim status updates.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and resolve claim-related queries.
Maintain accurate documentation of call details and claim updates in the system.
Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid or partially paid claims.
Eligibility Criteria
Ongoing students (Degree 1st & 2nd year, PG 1st year) can apply.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year experience are also eligible.
Good English communication skills required.
Candidates must own a two-wheeler for commuting.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Required Skills
Comfortable communicating with US insurance representatives.
Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Strong listening and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage claim follow-ups efficiently.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
Education: Degree / Postgraduate Students & Graduates
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Years
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
