Job Description
Paytm is India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, which is focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. Paytm provides consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, while empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks’ financial instruments. To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
About the team: Paytm Money affiliate team, who manage and onboarding affiliate partners for PML.Would be part of Alliances and Partnership Team, and shall be responsible to identify and on board prospective Affiliate Partners. Such partners could be influencers with finance focus having a social media presence across Youtuber, Twitter, Telegram channels, etc or a Finance specific companies/startups or a Partner with other broker any other personality or organization who shall drive customers to Paytm Money Platform.
About the role: The Role specializes responsible working in Appsflyer application for our cross function teams like business product and Affiliate teams across paytm Money.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Monitoring and tracking Appsflyer on a daily basis, ensuring the proper functioning of the product in terms of attribution, links, P360 etc
2.Acting as a POC for queries related to Appsflyer to Partners, RMs / TLs and internal teams
3.Coordinating with necessary stakeholders in creating and sharing all relevant reports relating to Appsflyer
4.Act as a bridge between Appsflyer, Product Team and Business Team
Understand business needs and align the same with Internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of the same.
5.Recommend enhancements in business and products by showcasing data
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1.Exposure to dealing with multiple Senior stakeholders in the client organization.
2.Good in Excel
3.Good in client and Agents managements
4.Good in communication and negotiation skills.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation/Post Graduation or equivalent practical experience.
