Apprentice Software Engineer
We are hiring software apprentices with a passion for problem-solving via technology.

Location - Baner, Pune Office (For first 6 months)
Salary - 4.5 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Solve business problems by learning to see programming as a tool.
• Develop keen observance of the technical and functional landscape.
• Build strong software fundamentals to solve real-world scenarios.
• Evolve from a 'student' to a 'professional' with a win-win attitude.
• Ingrain quality and excellence as an attitude to succeed and sustain in a global landscape.
• Learn thinker’s traits like accountability, effective communication, creative problem-solving, and more.
• Be production ready as per thinkbridge standards.
Criteria For applying:
Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or any equivalent degree.
• Fundamental knowledge of C and C++ programming, databases, Operating system, and data structures.
• Knowledge of Flowcharts, Pseudocode codes, and basic algorithms
• An adaptive learner who is ready to learn and adapt to technologies.
• Analytical thinking with effective communication and behavioral skills.
• Diligent and cheerful outlook.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Should have completed any project by self-written code and able to present correctly.
• Any certification of training completion in web technologies, .NET and Angular preferred
• Knowledge of source control and code management
Selection process:
• Online Technical test.
• Technical screening.
• Behavioral Screening – includes two rounds of interviews.
• On selection, an offer of 4.5 LPA as an apprentice software engineer.
Probation:
• As part of the probation, the candidate would be part of our thinkbridge initiative thinkschool .
• thinkschool is our carefully curated finishing program aiming to bridge the gap in technical, behavioral, & cultural elements required to excel in a professional setup.
• It is a comprehensive in-person professional setup, for a duration of about 5-6 months.
• The program would involve thorough evaluations to continuously test the conceptual and behavioral proficiencies of the trainees.
Upon successful completion of all the parameters mentioned above, the apprentice would be confirmed as a think’r to become an Associate Software Engineer with a CTC of 6 LPA
