Job Description
Hi, I'm Asher Frailey one of the Co-owners of Frailey Woodworks.

We're a custom fine furniture shop, we primarily focus on free standing furniture though we do some custom cabinetry as well.
We have an opening for a apprentice woodworker.
This position is best suited for someone with some woodworking or carpentry experience who wants to grow in the fine-furniture field. Attention to detail is very important. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing excellent work and is not satisfied with “good enough.”
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the construction and assembly of various furniture pieces or cabinets using a variety of woodworking tools and techniques.
Work closely with experienced craftsmen to learn and develop woodworking skills.
Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality in all finished products.
Sand, finish (and somtimes paint) furniture pieces to achieve desired aesthetics.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications:
Some prior experience in woodworking is required.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills in woodworking.
Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy pieces of wood and furniture.
Artistry and the ability to think creatively
Pay will start at $17/hr for the first 90 days, and then will bump up to $20/hr + incentive bonuses.

9am - 5:30pm
Monday to Friday
(There is the ability to work a 4/10 - 7:30am - 6pm, M-Thur, after the ability to work independently has been proven)
