We are a small, family-owned renovation and design company specializing in high-end residential projects and meticulous finishing. We take pride in the quality of our work, attention to detail, and the relationships we build with our clients.
Our company offers a turnkey renovation service, from design through construction and completion. We have consistent projects throughout the year and are looking to add a reliable, motivated person to our team for a full-time, year-round position.
Job Description – Construction Apprentice / Contractor’s Right-Hand
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and hands-on apprentice to work directly alongside our main contractor/project manager.
This person will essentially become the contractor’s right-hand person, assisting him with the day-to-day work required to keep our renovation projects moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with our contractor/project manager on residential renovation projects
Complete daily tasks assigned by the contractor
Assist with general construction and renovation work
Help with installations, finishing work, preparation, cleanup, and various job-site tasks
Keep tools, materials, and work areas organized
Be willing to learn new skills and take direction
Help maintain the high level of quality and attention to detail expected on our projects
Work efficiently when deadlines or job-site pressure require it

We are looking for someone who is:
Handy and comfortable working with tools
Hardworking and physically capable of construction-related work
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things properly
Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Comfortable working under pressure at times
Eager to learn and grow within the construction/renovation industry
Respectful and professional when working inside clients’ homes
A team player with a positive attitude
Construction or renovation experience is an asset, but we are also open to someone who has good hands-on abilities, a strong work ethic, and is genuinely willing to learn.
