Location: Remote – Work From Home (PAN India)
Salary: ₹22,000–₹55,000/month (in-hand) + monthly incentives

Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, MS Office)
• Own laptop/desktop with stable internet and power backup
• Candidates from any city in India (excluding J&K) can apply
• Freshers, homemakers, and students encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers with online order assistance, including status updates, cancellations, and refunds
• Respond to queries via chat and calls in a professional, timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Adhere to shift schedules, service level agreements, and quality standards
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly through proper channels
Working Hours & Model:
• Remote / Work-from-Home
• Rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
• Full-time: * hours/day (with breaks), 6 days/week
