As part of the Application Operational Services leadership team, you will apply your expert IT knowledge and leadership experience to provide an exceptional customer experience, lead employee engagement, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
You are someone who thrives on ensuring Information Technology Systems and Business services are stable and resilient and has a passion for the development of technology teams for IT Operations with a modernisation mindset driven by digital influences.
As an Application Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a Team of IT professionals within the Bureau whose charter is to keep the businesses applications running and operating 24/7 in an efficient manner, giving the business agility, and addressing operational needs quickly. You will support and optimise existing systems, bring into production new systems, oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of an application operational team ensuring that systems, services, and applications work reliably and securely.
To drive the expected results, you will build and support a cohesive team of strong contributors working together towards a common stable service orientated goal. You will have immaculate qualifications, be supremely analytical and an exceptional communicator. This role will have direct responsibility for managing, developing, and providing day to day leadership and oversight for an IT Application's Team within Application Operational Services.
