Roles and Responsibilities:
• Monitor service health and respond to incidents using Kibana and Grafana dashboards and alerts.
• Perform L0/L1 troubleshooting on Linux-based environments and support basic client/server and service operations.
• Use Jira to manage tickets, follow support workflows, and ensure timely updates and resolution tracking.
• Support database querying/reporting using MS SQL for investigation and validation of issues.
• Apply ITIL-aligned processes and collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve recurring problems.

Skills Required:
• 4 - 10 years of relevant experience in application/infrastructure support and monitoring.
• Linux administration and Linux troubleshooting for application support activities.
• Observability tooling: Kibana and Grafana for monitoring and investigation.
• Azure cloud foundational knowledge for understanding deployed services and infrastructure basics.
• Jira for ticketing and operational workflow management; basic MS SQL querying for reporting and issue analysis.

Good to Have:
• Agile methodology understanding (including SAFE/DevOps/ITIL process awareness).

Education: Tertiary or university degree in IT, Business and Information Systems Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
