Application Developer (SAP & GRC)- job post

Tasacom Technologies Inc. in Dallas TX is seeking an Application Developer (SAP & GRC) to meticulously analyze and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their comprehensive understanding of business processes, industry operations, and proficiency with enterprise applications and technologies. Key responsibilities include:
Develop go-to-market plans for solutions areas and use cases within SAP GRC and SAP Security.
Design/develop and architect SAP security, Identity and access management solution.
Developing custom solution and architect same like Sailpoint – GRC integration, IBM Tivoli- GRC integration, Ferraina – GRC integration etc.
Continuous control monitoring (CCM), manual control testing, ad-hoc issue, risk and control framework development around regulations.
Custom solutions development – Audit monitoring, ITGC control automation
Work with the sales team to present RFP’s, Solutions approach, Demos around SAP Application security and controls.
Work with Sales and Project teams to finalize pricing and positioning for solutions around SAP security, IAM’s, GRC and controls.
Integrate SAP GRC with SailPoint, Alert enterprise IAM, IBM Tivoli, Remedy, Service now.
Provide Continuous control monitoring automated solutions for various customer on finance, NERC-CIP, SOX, ITGC Regulation.
End to end Migration from GRC Access control 4.0 to 10.0 for module Access Risk Analysis (ARA) and Emergency Access management (EAM) Provide SAP GRC expert services to
Max attention and Enterprise customers for their smooth go live.
In depth exp. On GRC MSMP/BRF customization using custom development.
GRC 10.0 Access/process control integration with external applications like Remedy/eDMRM/ IBM Tivoli through custom development.
Setup Role based security through (Profile Generator (PFCG)) for R/3 ECC 6.0/7.x, on various modules.
Conducting process and financial audits in SAP environment, testing of controls designed to achieve SOX compliance.
Perform SAP Security related task such as Security Audits, SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) Compliance, User maintenance, Activity group/Role maintenance using profile generator (PFCG), Upgrade from various versions, Production support.
As assigned, may perform other duties normally associated with this occupation.

This position does not have supervisory duties.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer application, Computer Science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) field that provided the required knowledge and abilities, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related positions that provided the required skills and abilities. In lieu of the above-stated primary academic and experience requirements, the Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) field that provides the required knowledge and abilities and five (5) years of post-degree, progressive experience in any related positions that provided the required skills and abilities.

Must also have demonstrable experience and proficiency with the following tools, technologies, and procedures:

1. SAP GRC Access Control
2. MSMP (Multi-Step Multi-Process workflows)
3. BRF+, SU01, PFCG, SM19
4. SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP ECC, BTP security
5. SailPoint, IAM, SailPoint – GRC integration
6. SAP GRC Process control
7. ITGC control design and development
8. JIRA/Confluence, HPALM, ZENDESK, Service now, Remedy
9. Onapsis, CCM for ITGC and SOX controls
10. SOX, NERC-CIP etc.
