We are a forward-thinking firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a solution-oriented CRM and an app for our clients, covering both intranet and extranet functionalities.
Position Overview:
As a Remote Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive CRM solution and a client-facing app. You will work closely with our Founder to create a seamless and efficient system that meets the needs of our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Development:
- Design and develop a solution-oriented CRM system tailored to our business needs.
- Integrate CRM with existing systems and third-party applications.
- Ensure the CRM system is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Implement features such as contact management, sales tracking, customer support, and reporting.
2. App Development:
- Develop a client-facing app that provides access to CRM functionalities and other services.
- Ensure the app is compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
- Implement features such as user authentication, data synchronization, notifications, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure the app meets performance, security, and usability standards.
3. Intranet and Extranet Development:
- Develop intranet functionalities for internal team collaboration and data management.
- Develop extranet functionalities for client access and interaction.
- Ensure seamless integration between intranet and extranet systems.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
5. Testing and Maintenance:
- Conduct thorough testing of the CRM and app to identify and fix bugs and issues.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the CRM and app.
- Implement updates and improvements based on user feedback and changing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with CRM development and integration.
- Experience with mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based services and APIs.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
