Job Description
This is a critical role responsible for managing application teams and overseeing the integration of various applications within the organization's infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in application integration, middleware, or related roles.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Integration Strategy Development: Develop integration strategies aligned with organizational goals and IT infrastructure to optimize service delivery and business processes.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to security and compliance standards.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Provide support to users and IT teams to address integration-related problems and optimize system performance.
