Apparel Creation Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our design team as an Apparel Creation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of preliminary design concepts, researching current fashion trends, and providing input for upcoming collections.

You will also be involved in fabric sourcing and procurement, creating technical drawings and specification sheets for production, collaborating with the design team on various projects and tasks, and providing support during photoshoots and promotional events.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in fashion design, working closely with our team of experienced designers and industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in sketching and creating preliminary design concepts
• Research current fashion trends and provide input for upcoming collections
• Assist in fabric sourcing and procurement
• Create technical drawings and specification sheets for production
• Collaborate with the design team on various projects and tasks
• Provide support during photoshoots and promotional events

Requirements:
• Familiarity with sketching and painting motifs for prints
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Earn certifications in these skills
