Job Description
Identification & recommendation of under construction/developing projects of our TG
Coordinate with teams for approvals of projects under APF
Ensure the enrollment of the projects as Power partners in Ummeeds system
Branding installations at all the technically approved projects
Drive the communication channel between Ummeed & builders
Coordinate to get legal documents from the builders to complete APF process
Issuance of approval letters to builders
Ensuring the delivery of Ummeeds POSM at builder sites with the letters
Coordinate with hubs on business sourcing from the approved projects
Travel to hubs to identify projects for APF and help/guide on business development
Organize builder specific marketing activities
Nodal point for all builder related APF activities within the organisation
